Doesn't recognize powerdvd server anymore. Does anyone have the same issue. There was a new IOS update and still not recognizing.
I am also using windows 8 pro and latest update for powerdvd 12 ultra.
Please assist.

I have the same issue. I have both power dvd11 and 12. I had to uninstall power dvd 12 then reinstall it the other day due to the microsoft windows issue. After reinstalling, I found that i had lost my power dvd 11. I reinstalled that from my install disk, then applied the newest patch of power dvd 12. Ever since, the only version that shows up on my android tablet as an available server is power dvd 11. Before, they would both show up. I am assuming this has something to do with the process of uninstalling/ reinstalling the programs, but I don't know for sure since I hadn't tried pdvd remote for a few days. I noticed when going through my firewall permission that powerdvd 11 has a power dvd rc service checked, whereas there is no such item listed for power dvd 12. I looked to see if I could add this permission but did not find it grouped with any of the other power dvd 12 items listed..... bummer...
