I think what I would do is place each word on a seperate track. You can place titles on any video track.

Add three video tracks for the titles. On each track place one word on a title eg:
First title "Go"
Second title "Team"
Third title "Go"

Set your motions as desired. To get the timing correct you can move the titles around on their respective tracks.
