How do we increase Youtube upload limit past 15 minutes? In the past you could modify a few registry entries and that worked. So far they have no effect on 11. Any ideas? I know I can produce a 1080p WMV HD file and manually upload it, but I'd like to get the automatic way via Cyberlink working once again.

Hi,
I could be wrong here but to upload large files I entered my cell phone #, then got confirmation email and am now allowed to upload Hi-def longer videos.

This is the limitation from powerdirector, not with the youtube account directly. I can manully upload videos greater than 15 minutes no problem. The error is when you produce a video in powerdirector to online youtube. (power director says it's limited to 15 minutes)

In the past you could modify a registry setting in windows to make it work. (worked in 9 and 10, but not 11 so far)

Example:

This is all for people that have youtube accounts that allow greater than 15 minutes only of course.

Hi,

I thought it worked in PD11 so I altered the reg keys to 8000 and 120 and, whilst I was multi-tasking preparing a roast Sunday lunch for the family, proceeded to produce from a 1hr 20 min 7.2Gb .mp4 file via the PD youtube module.

It compressed it to 4.8Gb .wmv and then tried to upload it but failed (probably because of the wifi connection, since it failed twice manually as well).

It is currently manually uploading a third time (60%) but may take another 80 mins or so.

I am puzzled that yours does not seem to work.

Cheers
Adrian
