program stalling

Just bought a new laptop and YouCam was preloaded on it. The program worked great for a few days and now it seems to just stall. The images or movies I just made takes forever to show up and view when selected. Also, I cannot click on any other button.s What happened? I was really enjoying this program until now. Any suggestions on what could be the problem.

Did you try to reinstall the program? see if any difference?
