I am making a "movie" using pictures (a slideshow). I want to add words (subtitles) to many of the pictures. Is there a way to relocate those subtitles on each picture so that it's not in the same location for each picture?

With my old Nero program you could just click and drag the subtitles to wherever you wanted. How do you do it with this program?

I don't know if subtitle can be moved, but you get the same effect using titles. You loose some of the benefits of using subtitles, primarily that they can be turned off by the viewer. I will have to look further into this. __________________________________

I figured it out. You can add remarks to a photo by using the "Time Info" tab. And you can place the text wherever you want it. This is good. However, you are limited to only a single line of text.

I have been surprised to see the limitations of this software, given that it can't do several of the simple tasks that my 5 year-old Nero program can do. With Nero, I could divide up my text into 2 lines to make it fit around a picture more evenly. Sure wish this program could do that.

From your description, I believe you would be better off using the title room, the subtitle room is much more specific and tends to comply with the international standards for subtitles. This thread might help:

Where is the "Time Info" tab?

Subtitles can have more than one line.
