Please help - can't change duration of all clips at the same time

I am new to this product. In the past, I have used Nero to make slideshows and it was super easy to set the duration for all the clips at the same time, in order to match the length of a song. How can I do that with this product? Surely there is a way to do it without having to change the duration for every single picture individually.

Click on the first picture. Hold the shift key and click on the last picture. Now click the duration button. __________________________________

Thank you.

I was trying to "select all", not realizing that it was also selecting my audio file, which causes the duration change to be unavailable (greyed out).

This solved the problem and works great. Thanks again.
