How can I copy 'Root' menu page to 'Chapter' menu pages?

I just tried creating a new menu and I have the 'Root' page complete. I want the 'Chapter' pages to use the same lettering and positioning but I don't know how to determine what the locations are on the 'Root' page so I can position them in the exact place on the 'Chapter' pages.
Is it possible to just copy the 'Root' page and paste it to the 'Chapter' pages? It is a simple page - just text but I can't seem to be able to copy and paste the font and positioning to the 'Chapter' page in the menu creator of PD 11.
