Had Powererdirector 11 deluxe trial version which worked fine. I upgraded to Power director 11 ultra { paid version downloaded }. The programme starts ok and import media files into library ok but when I start to place clips on timeline programme stops responding.
Have tried restarting my computer but same thing happens everytime. Any suggestions please.

Hi Whisper,
Just a small note here when windows does an Update some times PD requires a Cold boot to pick up on the new Update installation...not a restart...

Hi Jim
Have updated windows again and done a cold boot as you suggested. Have tried PD for about 5 mins and all seem to be working ok.
Thanks Whisper
