Can't change hls / color

I can't change the color. I create a mask, then I play with hls or color and nothing happen.

I try to follow the video, but the color section seem to not work, but tint dose. Weird.
Same result with adjustment brush (What I was first trying to do)

Depending on the colours in the image, some adjustments of particular colours may make little difference. It can also depend on what previous adjustments you've made.

If, for example, the saturation of the whole image has been increased, modifying the saturation of a particular colour may not be noticeable.

It sounds like you're following the right procedure anyway.
