I finished installing the Update to version 10, plus the two extra Content Packs, but I've run into a problem. One of the programs included on the DVD is CyberLink_Labelprint2.5_LPT101130-01. When I open that program, it will start by extracting the files, then ask me the language,... I will get to the final window before the program is supposed to start to install and it asks for my name, the company name and a serial number. When I enter the serial number that's printed on the DVD, with the dashes, I get a message saying wrong serial number. When I reenter the serial number without the dashes, I get the same response telling me that it's the wrong serial number. I've checked it to make sure that it's numbers/letters that are on the DVD and there are no mistakes. Where am I going wrong?

There are no extra text files on the DVD with any extra serial numbers. The only files on the DVD are:
1_Cyber_PowerDirector10_Ultra_Upgrade_1703_124013_VDE120314-04
CyberLink_CreativeDesignPack_Travel_CDP120424-01
CyberLink_LabelPrint2.5_LPT101130-01
CyberLink_PowerDirector10_ContentPackI_PCP110812-04
CyberLink_PowerDirector10_ContnetPackII_PCP110929-01

How do I install CyberLink_LabelPrint2.5_LPT101130-01 when it declines all of the information that I was sent? Is this program part of PowerDirector10 Upgrade or just some bait to get you to look further into it and buy another program?

Thanks

Hi Mr19th -

LabelPrint is NOT an essential part of the PowerDirector upgrade package. It's an added extra standalone program CL has thrown in.

If you're not bothered about printing disc labels & covers, don't worry about it. It's irrelevant to PD.

Of course, the supplied software should install & run without issue if you've followed the correct procedure. It appears you have. Just a question... when you're trying to activate LabelPrint 2.5, are you using the same CD key you used for the PD upgrade? or does LabelPrint have a separate key?

Cheers - Tony

That's what I was trying to explain. I used the same code that was with PowerDirector upgrade because there was no other. There was no text file on the DVD. I tried the code that I had with version 8, but it didn't work either.

By the way, I know it's not essential, but I was going to give it a shot. In the past, I've used photoshop/Avery and wanted to to see how this did.

I think the best thing to do would be to contact customer support. You'd think that LabelPrint would have its own activation key.
