i've installed powerdirector that came with the camera and everything seems to have installed correctly - thr problem i have is when playing back video either straight from camera or from backup through powerdiector or power cinema NE it displays with green horizontal lines across the picture. the vids play fine in windows media player and photos show fine. snapshots dont have this issue either. any ideas?

i'm a vista user if that helps!

Hi Ben,

I feel for you, I really do, having Vista, then buying a JVC Everio, some people are just born unlucky.

Would suggest that the problem is with the type of file you are importing into Power Director, which version and build do you have?
