I am on my 2nd copy of the 2d/3d dredd bluray---it will not play?

I already have a thread on this issue. It gets to the main menu, you select 2d or 3d then it craps out. I had to manually restart powerdvd and then it played for me. Right now I can't get to the main menu on Taken 2. I can watch all of the trailers but it just stops in its tracks when the main movie menu should appear. Restarting the software and even rebooting my pc has no affect.
