Is it possible to increase the length of music played over menus? Is there something in Preferences that I've missed?
No matter where I place the markers I can't increase the length beyond a few seconds. Win 7 64bit, 8 GB ram, Intel Q9550 2.83GHz, PD 14, nVidia GeForce 9600 GT

I've edited and compiled my video, but before burning to disc I go to 'Set background music', from there I select an mp3 from my music library, I then move the orange markers to select the portion of music to be played. But no matter how far apart the markers are it won't play more than 17 seconds. Even if I leave the left orange marker at the beginning of the track and the right marker at the end it will still only play 17 seconds of a 4 minute track. KevetS ,

On the "Create Disc" window, select the "Playback Mode" button on the bottom. This displays " Playback Options" and at the bottom you will see the "Audio menu timeout" section. Win 10, i7

Hi, everybody,

I come back to this thread because I have always a problem with music associated to menus.

If the process described by HDedit works fine for the main menu, it's not the case for sub-menus.

Music on these sub-menus always has a duration of the default time (18 sec).

Perhaps is there anything I don't understand (my english is not so good, you can see that...).

Perhaps a picture wil be fine.

And, if I have well understood, is there a problem ?

Many thanks...

Jean-Paul
