Somehow the update turned your purchased version into a trial vrsion. I remember this happening to someone else. I'm sorry, I don't remember the solution. You may just want to contact Cyberlink to get an answer. .

Did you completely uninstall the trial version before installing your purchased PD11?

I have no idea why an update would have that effect (displaying the trial version watermark), unless there's some leftover file from the trial that's doing it.

In your situation I'd completely uninstall using (free) Revo Uninstaller - http://www.revouninstaller.com/revo_uninstaller_free_download.html - Set the registry scan to "Moderate"

After a reboot, reinstall PD11, activate then apply the latest patch.

If the Trial version somehow appears in the Programs list, do the same uninstall procedure with it first.

actually i was deleted PD11 by cpanel, and when i want to the installation > PD11 sure,
some message show to me and Ask me to INS last update, and i was agree on it (Updates PowerDirector 11 to build 241.

However the Text unti now it's showing.

I really think the best thing is a complete uninstall. Use Revo Uninstaller to clear the registry. Uninstalling through the Control Panel will leave registry entries which may be part of the problem.

what about the message ? i mean ... some message show to me when i want to install PD11, the message was asked me that do my have download the last Patch and i was does that, i was downloaded the last update "Updates PowerDirector 11 to build 2418", though the text it's showing in my videos! i don't know where is the wrong ?

Concerning REVO software, what is the best Mode to delete PD11 ?

It's a little tricky to advise properly, because I don't know what is installed on your computer.

Basically:
1. When you open REVO, you'll see the list of programs installed on your PC.
2. Select PowerDirector11 then click Uninstall



3. REVO asks if you want to uninstall PD. Click "Yes" and select "Moderate" mode



4. REVO uninstalls PD. You need to click Yes when asked to confirm things.
5. When it's complete, click Next - REVO then searches the registry for left over items (this may take a little while)
6. When it's finished, check the bold items then Delete



7. Click Next > Finish & you're done.
8. Restart your PC & re-install PD11

in fact i can't to install PD11 before patch install, cuase when i click on PD11 install icon, (after little time) there are message show to me ask me to install the new patch (update) , so i can't to open and install PD11 before i install patch.
