Holiday Pack 4 not appearing

I can't find the Holiday Pack 4 Magic Style features that appear on the CL website. The Magic Style I was looking for was the gingerbread man. That one, and the others in the online marketing display of Holiday Pack, don't appear on my PD11 Magic Style list.

I installed the PD11 Ultimate exe file then the patch, so now i have build 2321 as per the CL website.

PD version is 11.0.0.2321
SR number is VDE121127-01

Then I installed the Holiday Pack. On Control Panel, I can see that CL Holiday Pack Magic style 2 is installed, as well as CL Content Pack Premium.

Is there something else I should have installed?

Tony

Hi Tony L,
Gingerbread man - little bit more detail please. A screenshot of what you're referring to would be great.

I had no trouble with the Holiday Pk 4 showing up at first but had another issue. Then when customer service had me uninstall and reinstall everything, it didn't show up as installed at all. So instead of uninstalling everything then reinstalling, I just downloaded and installed the patch again and reinstalled the Holiday Pk 4 and it showed up fine that time. You could try just that I guess and see if it fixes it for ya. W10 on Dell Desktop, 64 bit, 32GB RAM, Intel(R)Core(TM) I5- 3350P CPU, 3.10 Ghz, 1 TB HD, free space - 200 GB

Hi Tony -

I don't have Holiday Pack No. 4 installed, so I can't provide screenshots. I assume the installation path is similar to (the other) Holiday Magic Style Pack.

"Gingerbread Man" is a PiP object that's used in the 3 styles - Season’s Greetings, Holiday Word Art and Holiday Giving. Perhaps you're looking for a reference to "GingerBread Man" that isn't there.

In the Magic Style module, have you tried using the dropdown menu to show which styles are displayed? All things being equal, if installed correctly, Season’s Greetings, Holiday Word Art and Holiday Giving should appear.

Cheers - Tony

Mea culpa...forgot to download the 780MB holiday pack. I missed seeing it on the long download page, and after downloading it this morning, I found the correct Styles.

However still no gingerbread man after applying all the styles with short 30sec videos so if anyone knows which style has him, that would be nice to know. I suspect you have to load a very long video.

Tony -

In the link I posted above http://www.cyberlink.com/products/creative-design-packs/holidays_en_AU.html you'll see that little gingerbread guy under the "Holiday Giving" style. If you use that style, you'll get gingerbread persons.

If you want to use it separately, you'll probably find it in your PiP Objects library - maybe under Holiday.

Cheers - Tony
