An MD5 error? I've not seen that before. MD5 apparently is used to detect whether a file has arrived intact - according to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MD5

I do notice in the folder where I keep my Director Suite installer files, there's a document named "CyberLink.MD5". No idea what it is because I can't open it. (see attached)

Did the CyberLink_AudioDirector_Downloader complete its download so you could run it?
Did the installer file - CL.Diff_From_v2030_ADR121114-02.exe - complete its download?

I was able to download & install the patch (2321) without any issue.

That was quick, the downloader ran okay and saved the file (CL.Diff_From_v2030_ADR121114-02.exe) but it still has a .tmp file extension so I presume the downloader failed in the dying seconds as the file has the correct size, will go to support, thanks for looking.

Ah - the temp file - & you've tried deleting the downloader & the temp file & starting again? During the initial download process, the installer file appears as a temp file.

Sorted, just renamed extension from tmp to exe ran it and AudioDirector updated, it is now at V3.0.231 is this correct?

That's an interesting approach! Not seen that before either. I guess if AudioDirector has updated to 3.0.2321 & everything's functioning well, it's correct.
