Power Director ver.11stumble it horribly slow - not work why?

before I was using version 11 version 10 everything was basically OK
I greatly enjoyed the new version 11 but unfortunately immediately after installation I noticed that the program does not run swiftly
This is reflected, for example, that the picture cuts when approaching the transition even stop the video or in the video window is a green screen, and even sometimes the program is completely stuck.
In doing so, I still have installed version 10 and that it is error-free.
My PC has 4 nuclear prosesor 4GHz 8 gigabytes of RAM plus fast graphics ATi 6800
1Ghz

I put the 2012-11-30 Updates to PowerDirector 11 build 2321
and it did not help!
anyone advise me? why it is that so wrong? possibly a solution?

I have almost pleased that I lack
AMD Media Codec Package But I last updated catalyst 12.10 I say again there than at the beginning
