Cyberlink unable to diagnose issue

So i'm checking to see if anyone on the forum has any experience with what the problem could be...

I previously had an earlier version (9?) and used it with no issue. Some recent Blurays would not run (Prometheus) so i upgraded to the current version and also made sure i had the latest updates. Now the program will start up but even if left idle, will crash after a few minutes. I've tried to play several Blurays and dvds - same result.

From what i've read on the forum so far, i should probably post some more information about my system - what should i post?

Can you please post the OS that you currently have? Also include the build number please.
