Unable to render full movie

Hello all,

I have a few tracks on my movie, a couple of audio, a video and one i use for overlays, titles etc. When I render, it seems to skip the half of the tracks and I only get my commentary + the fraps video, not the intro at the beginning etc. I tried again, and this time only got the intro 6 seconds. Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

Thanks!

I have the same problem, but on PD10. Sometimes the produced video gets cut, in a random part.

Then, I reproduce it again, and at the second time it gets ok, full video rendered.

Hi DBridle ,
Content properties may be the issue.

Please provide the following.

1. A screenshot of the Edit Workspace with your project insitu.
2. Diagnostic files
3. Sample file (5 seconds long of the video - do a capture and upload that)
4. or Use a software called Media Info and provide the full properties of the video file in TEXT file format.

The sample is the best option but it might be too big to upload. Analysis of the properties/text file will give most of the info needed. The diagnostic files will show your System and weaknesses that might be contributing to the problem.

Information is the key to help members help you.

Hi DBridle,
Thank you for the attachments.
1. I wonder if you can explain what you've set up in the tracks - see the area "green arrowed" in the attached image. Looks wrong to me.
2. The file name for the danonsongs.com-rapidarc.mp3 is wrong - lose the .com part in the file name asap.
3. Please provide MediaInfo on the mp3 and the avi in the tracks (not of the wmv file).

Hiya,

The marked area with the arrow is a digital transition break. It just transitions from the intro image to the main video.

I will remove the .com part, do you want me to redo the entire movie and try it again? (Will start now anyway)

Please find the 2 attached files you requested.

Regards

Darren

Hello again! After renaming that file, putting it back in, it produced the video just fine! I'm going to do it for my other 5 episodes and see how it turns out but fingers crossed that was the issue!

I will post back to say if that was the solution. Check out my Minecraft Tekkit Series at https://www.youtube.com/user/TirminalScience?feature=guide
