Didn't received my backup CD

I Upgraded to PowerDirector 11 Ultimate from v.9/10/11 non-Ultra & ColorDirector Ultra on 2012-09-22, and the order was included AK ExtendDownloadService & AK BackupCD, and did not received the backup cd yet

I took contact with the support team (if you can call it support), and they told me the backup cd was for color director only and not for pd11. In no part of the buying process they mention it was just for ColorDirector and not for pd11. Plus they answered me that they can take 25 days to deliver it, but in the process they mention 14 days to do so.

I have to mention that the software is amazing, easy to use, with a lot of features, and the community who lives in the forum is incredIble and helpfull with kindness, but saddly the people of support (or the system and procedures), don't give satisfactory answers and it is very hard to contact them.

Just to mention and thanks for your ears.

Suggestion: Just burn your own copies of the downloads onto CD's yourself. You can even get a free trial copy of Cyberlink Power2Go8 to do it with. ~Tom~
