PowerDirector is a great tool to record the moment - to review the scenes - to evaluate the skill..... Wales, down 16:6 at half time fought back with guts and heart to envelop the English in the second half....

English players fumbled stumbled and trembled as the massed onslaught of marauding red shirted roaring dragons bore down on them. A penalty followed by a converted try brought the scores level... more came in a trice as the heartbeat of people thumped and cried. Edge seated bottoms shifted forward as another arm stretching play landed the try (converted) to make it 19:26. The beating moment of a countdown sounded in our chests...20 years of pain, tears and sorrow...wiped clean in ...in....in, as the boys held on with power strength and guile.... The final whistle sharpened on the veldt* called for joy and delight.

So tomorrow comes and as the year goes by... we walk the talk and strut our stuff...we beat the English..... To some it might only seem a game... but to us who know...it's more than that.
Just to make sure you know England 19 : 26 Wales

PowerDirector is a super video editor to capture and edit the TV footage... such as the Six Nations

I'm NEVER biased... maybe just a little

Dafydd

Injuries during the game:
Wales: Jonathan Thomas - knocked unconscious by an illegal tackle (by Wilkinson - should be cited for this) 13 minutes into the game - left the field of play walking with a bloodied mouth. Mark Thomas - hit by a swinging arm tackle returned to the battle, with the steel and fire of a Llanelli boy. Alun Wyn Jones - foot injury.
5 English injured, one stretchered off the field of play - I think they'll all live.
* South African referee

Hi Dafydd,

You poor demented Welsh rugby supporter, GET A LIFE.

I suppose we should allow you to gloat, because it does not happen very often does it?

Why on earth would anyone want to record that event in PD6, it seems a waste of time and resources, now if you want to record great sporting events like Arsenal thumping Chelsea, Man. City, Newcastle and all the rest, now thats different, or what usually happens England thumping Wales, thats quite understandable.

Anyway, you gloat, it won't happen again in your lifetime will it, you probably put something in their half time drink bottles to nobble them, you devious little Welsh miners, go back to digging coal, thats what your good at, or sing a few songs in the hills with your Welsh choirs, some make a passable impression of a decent choir.

IF YOU DON'T WANT TO TALK TO ME AGAIN, I WILL UNDERSTAND

Regards

Robert

Actually Wales beat England last year to...in the Six Nations - in Cardiff.

I fully understand Robert.... it is tough.... but I watched the game on TV - live. I saw the grit the effort and the shock.

Oh and PD6 can be used to record Arsenal, Chelsea, Manchester United etc play as well... those non international club football games are televised on Saturday evening and again on Sunday morning here in the UK.... Don't you have these on same day TV in Australia?

I saw Arsenal v Man City to...... the one you missed

Speak to you tomorrow.... when you've calmed down, when you're less hyper at knowing how badly England unnappy boys played

I thought you'd appreciate the links - do you need the highlights sent as well?

Dafydd

PS. Everyone - Robert and I get on really well - and enjoy making each other laugh.

Hi everyone,

Dafydd has to try and get the last word in, doesn't he.

This just goes to show how biased he is, he accused little Jonny of an illegal takle, now thats not possible is it, after all JW is nearing pension age, he's been around that long, what did he do, trip him up with his walking frame.

Another thing, there is no mention of how 5 English players were injured, with one being stretchered off, so how clean are the Welsh team? answer that if you dare.

Hi Barry,

Sorry to hear about your tragic loss, you must be devastated, I feel for you, I really do. To suffer the indignity of defeat is a hard pill to swallow, but you must rise from the ashes, rebuild the dream, rekindle the spark for there is always next year when you can go through the whole agonising process once again.

I know, I go through it nearly every season.

Please accept my sincere condolances, don't blame yourself, it's really not your fault that you supported the wrong side, you were just misguided in your choice, blame your wife, say it's her fault, it may make you feel better.

Now go and sink a few beers and don't cry, tears in beer dilutes it too much

Kindest regards

Robert

Stretchered English off player - his injuries were unclear at the time of previous writing however:

1. Hooker: Old injury returned - leg
2. Flanker (position 7) Old injury - couldn't carry on
3. Replacement Flanker - uncertain - nothing major
4. Centre: went off after 13 minutes - broken bone in foot they think, he's had a long list of injuries - prone to them. Skillful player.
5. Center: Stretchered off - whacking great 17 stone thumper - got tackled/was tackling - initially thought to have broken a rib, now it's been released he has bruised his liver.

As for old man Wilkinson.... he aint old.... but video clearly shows him leading with a shoulder (shoulder charge) and no attempt was made to wrap an arm around. The "citing" will be by the Video referee. Mind you I do agree that he was slow, lacked fitness, didn't have a game plan when the scrum lost to a better one.... Any scrum half or outside half looks great when the scrum is moving forward.... Wilkinson looked pedestrian, rudderless... and his radar zoned kicks became untuned and missed.

Who me, have the last word...growl... snarl.... bite.... chomp...snaffle....

Patriots - yep saw the news this morning. Unbeaten clean sheet, and last second touch down..... gutting.

Dafydd

The Welsh will be arriving in South Africa soon. That will be a Test for them. Northern Hemisphere teams are regarded as practice matches around here

Chris.....

Wales - Undefeated Grand Slam winners 2008* - Champions of Europe verses South Africa - a super match to come... yep I'm waiting for it also.

*Info for everyone else: Wales walloped, England, Scotland, Italy, Ireland and France, ALL convincingly found wanting against a Welsh side that now has the fevour and hunger... the HWYL has returned.

Tremble you Boks.... Yr Ddraig Goch (the Red Dragon) has a fire in its belly to turn your side to dust to just blow on the windless veldt!

Dafydd
PS I heard that South Africa have major selection problems... doesn't every side at some point..... especially before they lose!!
