How do you move and downsize the PiP in the middle of the video?

I have looked in the past questions, watched a few YouTube videos and am still lost.

I have two videos, one of which is in the PiP section. They are both timed correctly, but they come from different angles. One is of a person talking right into the camera and the other shows what she is doing. The opening view is of a person talking to the camera, full screen. It's the PiP. After two minutes, I want the PiP to downsize and move into the upper right hand corner. While this is happening, the main video, which is behind the PiP, will come into site and start to show. For the rest of the video, that PiP will stay in the corner while you can watch the second view.

Is there an "easy" way to do this or I do I just need to spend some time watching YouTube videos to try and figure it out?

Thanks for your haelp! -

Hello

Try PDtoots on Youtube, they have a video on how to do this.
