Blurry Motion

I took some video of my daughter's soccer game yesterday on two cameras: Sony Handycam DCR-SR45 hard disk recorder SD (MPEG2), and a Sony Cybershot DSC-HX7V recording in AVC HD (1920x1080(60i)). I put it together in PD10 and made a DVD. Watching on my TV (65 in. 1080i), the motion was very blurry. Being a soccer game, this was an issue. After searching the forum, the similar questions seemed to address interlace vs. progressive in Set TV Format for each video clip.

So I went through every clip in the timeline (a ridiculously repetitive task that should allow me to select multiple/all clips first) setting the TV format to progressive, even though PD sensed that they were interlaced. I burned another DVD, and guess what: blurry motion gone.

So..... I have a solution that shouldn't work, for a problem I shouldn't have. Any advice?

Thanks,

A limitation of PD10, it only creates DVD_Video Interlace mode, he reconverted to progressive video to interlaced, this causes flickering or blurring in cenos with lots of action.
For these cases I save in MPEG2 file, and make (DVD-Video) into another software.
Wait for more opinions

So does this mean I'll have to do this for all my video projects? PowerDirector 365, AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8-core processor 4.05 GHz, 32GB RAM, Windows 10 64-bit OS, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER

Just one example:
I created a DVD from video (HD) from a Camcorder Sansung (1440x1080 resolution 60P).
Images blurry when moving.
I tried using Pinacle15 and NeroVision6, the result was the same.

I returned to PD10, created a new templante (MPEG2 / 6000 Interlaced 6kps) for 90 minutes in DVD4.7Gb.
Completed in PD10, resolve the problem for me.

Sorry for the misunderstanding, also using Google translator is complicated.

I meant that each case is different, in that mensionei the original video is "progressive" was good for Interlaced rendering. (DVD-Video)
