Ok, I am tired of waiting for a patch that does not seem to be even breathing hard. I was able to play my whole Blu Ray library on version 10. How do I uninstall this piece of crap and get my version 10 OEM back?

Do you have Version 10 on a disc or do you have it in a file or don't you have it to reinstall? .

It came preinstalled on my new laptop. No disc no file. Don't want to wipe hd and do full system restore.

The the OEM version is on a partition on your hard drive and you should be able to reinstall it or you could go to your computer manufacturer and get a new download.

There is no need to reformat your hard drive. .
