Cinema mode: why don't have the same kb shortcuts than MCE?

I use MCE under Windows 7 with IRULE under Ipod as remote control and MCE controller on the PC to receive the commands by IP network.

MCE controller use MCE keyboard shortcuts (CTRL P for pause for example) but Powerdvd cinema mode don't use the same (space bar for pause). Why?

I know if I use a MCE IR remote control it's OK, but my question is about keyboard shortcuts.

Hi Hansolo. Got any luck on this yet? This would be a bit complicated. is MCE controller a third party?

I use Eventghost to translate the remote input to the proper shortcuts in powerdvd.
