Further to the suggestions already made
The 1990's - use can use a mask and create a 4:3 aspect ratio (if using 16:9 footage) and use the
TV Simulator in the Effects Room.
The 1890's - use
Old Movie or Sepia in the Effects Room and or all of the above as well
The 1790's - you could
ask the Crab - they live that long don't they?
