Hello, there!!! My computer directory drive has stop reading disc or writing it for my work. I want to know what happened to it when I insert disc in driver it shows driver failed messages. What should I do here?

Jason, This is not tech support. The3re is a link to it fron the main Cyberlink page.

It sounds more like you have a Windows issue or even an issue with that optical drive. Go to that dribe;s manuafacturer and see if they can help. The lasers on the drives do out of alignment or do fail. Does it read anyhting on different discs? .
