I just did the most recent update from the support page for my product and now I can't play any bluray discs and even ones i just played before the update that worked fine. I like this product but how does an update fry a whole program from doing what it did very simply before? I need an answer to this since this product gets used quite frequently for bluray playback and now I have thrown away money by updating.

almost forgot that I keep getting a message in the upper right hand corner that says prohibited on every blu ray I play. Standard DVD's play fine but blu ray forget about it.

Hello!!! I guess I got left behind on the Technical support inquiry I put in and on this forum. Man Cyberlink doesn't like to help when an older product goes to shit. Well I guess a little over a year of it working is all I can hope to get out of these products. That will teach me to trust in a company that is supposed to be a good one you se all over.

You can call them in case you encounter such problem. I am sure that they are glad to help either old or new product cases.

OK seriously how long does it take to get back to a customer on there email program? The last thing I sent too them was on 4/20 and haven't heard a word about it. I am in talks with Tracy and I sent here all the files and whatever else I was supposed too. I wouldn't mind waiting if I could get a response to either the emails that I have put into them or maybe replying to a simple thread on there own forum.

I want my product to work and I need it too work. I spend at least 6-8 hours a day on this laptop and I need the break in my day with bluray dvds. I have taken almost half of my standard dvd collection and replaced it with blu-ray and now I can't watch them since the program I bought won't work anymore.

If you guys could respond to either one of the questions I have asked I would appreciate it but from now on I am telling people to stay away from Cyberlink products and go somewhere else to get these types of programs since the CS is this bad.

Here is my case Id number so I don't have to wait longer to hear back
