Anyone out there keep getting Minidump.dmp crash for Powerdirector 10?

purchased and downloaded off of the cyberlink website and haven't gotten to use it once the program won't even open keeps giving me the error report of "Minidump.dmp"...any help will be greatly appreciated

Hey, I think I once got this message too. I then located the minidump file and opened it as a plain text file. It actually helped me figure out there was a problem with a device (graphic or audio chip, I think) driver which I was able to fix by changing it (I'm note sure if I had to update it or roll back after update; either way)...

Also make sure your video drivers are current. Latest version of QuickTime installed.
