3d not working on my home movies

I downloaded powerdvd 12 demo and it does't play any of my true 3d home movie in 3d.
I have the sony HDR-TD10 and I have powerdvd 11 installed and it plays the movies fine in 3d on my 3d tv.
With this version (12) they wont work. They do play them, and my shutter glasses kick in, but there is no perspective. The HDR-TD10 takes two films at once that are slightly apart and the pictures are combined to show the full 3d, when played back. It seems like powerdvd 12 is only playing the left or right film twice.
Everything else works fine, like my 3d photos, 3d on youtube and my 3d blu-rays.
Anyone got any Ideas whats up?

Not to worry the the files play fine in the full retail version.

Um... anyone know how to delete a post here?

That's awful that 3d don't work in trial versions. How are we supposed to know what works if it don't work in the trial version?

mine is the other way about...

trial, 3d works... (although SBS image files, the eyes were flipped and everything was back-to-front)

100 dollar retail... 3d broken, yeahhhh

(i get 2 left eye images that i can offset using my TV's convergence... nvidia 560ti on 296.10 and also 680 on 301.10 with 3dtvplay to a samsung ue55d8000 over straight hdmi)

11 works perfectly on the same systems as per the thread starter.

yeah. still no dice. uninstalled and returned for refund. that broke v11's bluray region (0 changes from 4) prompting an uninstall of that. that broke nvidia's adaptive hardware deinterlacing prompting a reinstall of that. that broke directx so a reinstall of that.

there's a thread a few pages back i started that no-one from cyberlink can even be bothered looking either.

computer fixed and samsung 3d set top player purchased till version 13 comes out.

@cyberlink - please can you ask support to delete the 16 dxdiag reports they've got of my machine and my data if they're not going to do anything with them. i haven't even got your b******t cut n paste responses lately. fail.

powerdvd. it was good before version 2.55.
