Without any information I will just guess at what might be the cause.
1. Please check your graphic card drivers are uptodate.
2. Does your graphics card have sufficient capability to run a Video Editing program?

Please provide a diagnostic file of your computer and members will possibly be able to give you some insight into the possible cause.

Thank you for your reply. Customer support answered me. They say that i have to update graphic card driver. It's intel. I checked in intel web page. They say that i have to contact my computer manufacturer. I sent an e- mail to sony. They didn't reply me yet. Is there anyway that i can find this update somewhere? Or do I have to buy it from a shop? Sorry I am not good in computer problem fixing and I really need help.

I would do a Google search and use keywords such as:
laptop name
graphic card name
"drivers"
"latest"

and see what turns up.
Payment should not be necessary.

LuLuBee - If you download the free program Belarc Advisor, and run it, it will analyze all the components of your computer. It will tell you the make and model of your graphics card. You can then go to the website of the graphics card manufacturer (be careful that you're not misdirected to a fake site! - that happened to me, and it was quite confusing for a little while) and download the latest driver.

In DXdiagtextn I can see that the driver's name is Mobile Intel(R) 4 Series Express Chipset Family. When I go to intel's page and check my system for latest update it tells : A customized computer manufacturer driver is installed on your computer. The Intel Driver Update Utility is not able to update the driver. Installing a generic Intel driver instead of the customized computer manufacturer driver may cause technical issues. Contact your computer manufacturer for the latest driver for your computer. That's why I sent an e-mail to Sony but they still didn't reply to me. When I look to the drivers available there are 10 of them and I don't know which one to install. I attach to this message DXdiagtxt as well. If you have a look and tell me which one maybe I can resolve my problem.
