MOV read error

PD8, XP SP2, trying to read a MOV file. Latest version of Quicktime is installed. I get a "...lack of decoding filters..." error. How fix?

No decoding filters where?

If you are talking about playing MOV files on your computer Quicktime should play them.

If you have trouble with MOV in Powerdirector, a re-install may be in order.

You may have a bad MOV file, can you read other MOV files?
