RE-INSTALLING FROM SCRATCH

Has anybody re-installed from scratch, problem with laptop, removed certain files and now PD9 not working correctly, I have my key code and bough on line, can anyone help

Depends on the condition of your PC.

If you removed some OS files you would need to re-install your Windows.

If you removed some of the Powerdirector files, you can do several things to restore PD.

1. go in the Programs un-install, and un-install Powerdirector.
2. you may need to run CLcleaner to allow install of PD if you get the message that PD is already Installed.

3. Run the installation for Powerdirector, if a Downloaded program there are the Program and the Contents. Contents may be two files.

4. You may need to activate your components, must be connected to the internet.
