I really love PDVD 11 so far but I'm having a really annoying problem while viewing 3D Bluray discs. Powerdvd 11 keeps switching from 3D mode to 2D after a few minutes of playback and I have to click the 3D icon to switch it back. Im running a GTX560 video card via HDMI 1.4a out to my Optoma HD33 projector. Any ideas?

Perhaps some software is showing tray popups or something? That causes a 2D program to get focus

Try disabling all background software (email clients, antivirus, torrent client, etc).

I don't know if it applies to projectors, but it does in HDMI 1.4 TVs, which require full screen for 3D.
