I purchased Cyberlink over 2 months ago and todate do not have a working product and they have my money. Order Number:10796398544. they hide behind their tech web site and I have asked the to call me but they dont. I am a nice person, but this is sad, why dont they post a phone number we can cal on their web site? thank you, i have tried that but just another black hole to nowhere. Only gives you 2 choices, enter a ext or contact support/customer service on web (have done that one for near 2 months now) press 0 to get the help of an operator and it hangs up on you!

I paid good money for this months ago and have nothing. I purchased Cyberlink over 2 months ago and todate do not have a working product and they have my money. Please elaborate on "working Product". Is it not functioning properly or you didn't get a download e-mail and you have nothing for your money ?

If you paid with VISA all you have to prove is that you have nothing and they will return your money, but Cyberlink (Digital River) is a reputable company and you should not have any problem with them.

If you bought it through a third party vendor, then you may have gotten scammed.

If you used pay-pal outside of ebay then you're screwed.

first download would not run, install, after several trys, from your Cyberlink online.

Purchased from Cyperlink online.

Support said to remove the version I had running as i could not insert the activation code unlock, It was some time later support gave me a working download link for a fresh product when the other was not working, downloaded it from Cyberlink on line support, it never asked for my activation code, support said it would ask for my code this time.

Program aways runs in a 30 day demo mode wanting me to purchase at a discounted rate for somthing I already paid for. time passed i tried to dowload again, same results, 30 days demo, now download link for the PowerDVD 11 ULTRA with Android is dead. But never worked anyway.

I have nothing other than a 30 day version and your suport telling me they are done helping me. I dont think I was asking for alot but just simple help to get a program loaded and running. To do that i need the Live version of Product, one that will take my code. Should I list my code for you? I don't want the code and you should not post it in a public forum.

The only thing I can suggest is to keep at Cyberlink or if you paid with a credit card, they can force Cyberlink to return your money. You have to provide a paper trail to the credit card company to prove that you have no working product.

If you send Cyberlink an email where you put your product key in and it says that it does not exist _ that is key.

Take a screen shot of that and make copies of all the on line receipts etc, showing them you have paid.

I am sure someone from Cyberlink will see this thread and give you satisfaction.

Thanks. I am shock at the lack of help and no phone number listed anywhere for help. How do they sell stuff with no support? thanks for the advice. I opened up addtional ones hopeing it would get me someone else other the guy who was not helping me. At this point i have uninstalled everything as it was getting so confusing. a simple phone call would have been so quick as maybe at some point i did not explane this well with text.

Thanks, like I said maybe I am not describing it correctly, but near 2 months now to simply trying install a program? I think I even suggested they just ship me the product if they don’t want to provide a download link for the software that would ask for my serial number (I would pay the cost). I have installed plenty of software, it not a hard this to do. Support will not even respone to my requests anymore, that not right. thanks for hangin in there. If "CyberLink-Michael" and or their support don't get back with a fix for your issue within the next 3 days, you can either get your money back through your Credit Card Banker, or you can let me try to help you, the option is yours.

If you want me to help you, I need to know the Hardware components and Operating System details of your system.
i.e. Motherboard, how much memory, Hard Disk capacity and amount free on it, Graphic card details, CD/DVD and or BluRay details, Anti-Virus or Security Suite details and the ISP connection type Cable or ADSL ?

I note that your Power DVD 11 Ultra is the same that I have an activation problem with and have also been waiting for 12 days now with a general runaround and multiple support ticket entries repeatedly asking for the same information and therefore understand your frustration.

I am able to remotely connect to your Computer if need be, from Australia to any location on this planet as long as your computer has a fast and reliable Internet connection.

I have customers in Germany, the USA, New Zealand, and Australia wide to which I remotely connect from my Office in Sydney and service their desktop PC's, Laptops and Servers, so I am not a novice at this.

In your instance, I would offer my assistance to you for free.

Update for all. Tech support has sent me an email. And a new link. Thanks CyberLink-Michael. But now tells me I have to have the prior version on the computer to work. It got delete in this whole process of loading and reloading the version 11, and I don’t have it to re-install, I sent them an email saying so, so I wait again for them to write back. I don’t understand the days between replies, but they are replying. I am in the service industry, I would never get away with this, I work problems till its done, even providing my clients with my personal cell number, Thanks all for the feedback and support. Same problem here, had good luck getting a quick reply that my case was escalated, but after 3 weeks I've heard nothing and still don't have a working product.

12/30/11 was my first ticket. I now have 2 open and have provided info that they asked.

What do I have to do to actually get support for PDVD 11? I don't really want to call my credit card company, I would just like to have the product I payed for install and work.

G'Day Folks,

As far as Cyberlink and its Support is concerned, in my opinion, they are a bunch of Buffoons, arrogant in their complacency in the bureaucratic structure which they hide behind !!

This forum, normally run by aspiring volunteers, can only perform to the best of their knowledge supplied by Cyperlink whose Official Support is as useless as a 2 cent watch, I take that back, they are not worth 2 cents.

In my case, it took them 3 weeks to decide that because I did not purchase the Power DVD 11 Ultra directly from them and instead from one of their resellers, they decided not to support the Authentication error issue and told me to go back to the people I purchased the product from !!

After evaluating the Cyberlink Support System which is defunct, i.e. practically non existent due to the time they take to respond let alone fail to fix the problems a user may experience with their products, I have issued instructions that the affiliate stores and retail shops now no longer sell, recommend or install any Cyberlink retail or bundled software !!

Michael,

There was sufficient information in my posted tickets for you to investigate the Seller, as they professed to be authorized and able to generate Keys for the software.

More than likely they are Pirates that can crack codes and develop key generators which in turn is software piracy and should be a task for you to investigate not me, unless you are not interested in protecting your products from such identities ?

As it stands the time and, in my opinion, your support Ticketing system and the time and multiple i.e. repeating of questions because your support staff are to lazy to read the posts, is beyond my tolerance levels.

Where I am from, these matters are handled more proficiently, taking less time and the issue is resolved in favor of the customer with the Individuals responsible for the pirated sale (if that is in fact the case) removed from the Internet and appropriate warnings posted on a Blog and other forums.

Then again I don't run your show and by the looks of things i would not want to.

In the mean time at last count, all references to Cyberlink products have been removed form 43 systems. Be aware that we do not need Cyberlink products as there are too many competitors with some better than the products Cyberlink publishes.

Nothing personal, it's just bad service that I do not tolerate, as I said before, for any products that, we service on behalf of customers, or sell.

For any product that we sell, we do not wait 3+ weeks, or 2+ months, or any other long period for support as what we sell and the lack of support for a product,reflects back on us, whereas the customers then questions why we sell the product in the 1st place, putting our own credibility into question.

Your Marketing, Sales and Public Relations Departments and their Managers need to lok at your Support and revamp it with a target to resolve issues within 7 days !!
