There was sufficient information in my posted tickets for you to investigate the Seller, as they professed to be authorized and able to generate Keys for the software.
More than likely they are Pirates that can crack codes and develop key generators which in turn is software piracy and should be a task for you to investigate not me, unless you are not interested in protecting your products from such identities ?
As it stands the time and, in my opinion, your support Ticketing system and the time and multiple i.e. repeating of questions because your support staff are to lazy to read the posts, is beyond my tolerance levels.
Where I am from, these matters are handled more proficiently, taking less time and the issue is resolved in favor of the customer with the Individuals responsible for the pirated sale (if that is in fact the case) removed from the Internet and appropriate warnings posted on a Blog and other forums.
Then again I don't run your show and by the looks of things i would not want to.
In the mean time at last count, all references to Cyberlink products have been removed form 43 systems. Be aware that we do not need Cyberlink products as there are too many competitors with some better than the products Cyberlink publishes.
Nothing personal, it's just bad service that I do not tolerate, as I said before, for any products that, we service on behalf of customers, or sell.
For any product that we sell, we do not wait 3+ weeks, or 2+ months, or any other long period for support as what we sell and the lack of support for a product,reflects back on us, whereas the customers then questions why we sell the product in the 1st place, putting our own credibility into question.
Your Marketing, Sales and Public Relations Departments and their Managers need to lok at your Support and revamp it with a target to resolve issues within 7 days !!
