by the way running windows 7 64 bit with a I5 proccesor 8 gigs of ram and nearly 200 gig of HD space so I shouldn't e having these issues! Robert Burrell

I had this same error (E8000FFFF). Luckily it occurs shortly after clicking the burn button.

The project I was burning had multiple PowerDirector projects content. I used the original menus from each project.

One of them contained a menu that was created with HQ while the rest were SP. All the menu musics were .wav 1536.

After changing the menu, I was able to burn my DVD.
