Why does PowerDVD install a new service to report errors back to CyberLink?

I am really cheesed-off today with CyberLink and PowerDVD.

After the Harry Potter Deathly Hallows Part 2 blu-ray crashed AGAIN on my pc, I started looking for possible causes....and then I discovered a PowerDVD service running non-stop on my PC.

I did not give you permission to do so, I don't want any more services running on my pc and if I'm doing your work for you, please then make PowerDVD free till you've sorted out all your bugs!

Uninstalling PowerDVD 11 Ultra tonight, cos it's crap. Had enough.

And the worst is....I disabled this CLHNServiceforPowerDVD service under services, but it STILL comes up in Processes after I rebooted my pc.

WTF CyberLink???????????????????????????
