No audio in some videos

Hi, I have a TV Tunner which I use to capture tv shows and convert them to remove ads. When I get the final video it has this format:



However if I play it in PowerDVD I only see image but no audio.

In the rest of videos I download from internet I have no problems.

Yes, with VLC I hear the sound.

I use VideoReDo TVSuite V4.

Never mind I had to switch from English 1 to English 2. Then the voice came on.

How do you change from english 1 to 2? The video only has one audio track.

It was in the opening menu were I did that. It turned out that was not what fixed the problem. It was a setting in my Xonar audio software.
