Bought PD10 as Download from Herman Street. Get this message trying to Download Content Packs 1 & 2

"ContentPack2.exe.Part could not be saved because the source file could not be read"

Herman Street yet to respond.

My ref 269 (24th).
I forwarded your concerns to CyberLink Customer Support and they've reported the matter to the person in charge of the sales there. I don't know any more but if you have a follow up question I'll pass that on.

Thanks Dafydd, my apologies but I worked it out. We have a wireless network at home. If someone else accessed the internet while the download was happening, it terminated the download. The windows error message "source code not readable" is rubbish. Yet another distracting Windows waste of time. I recently transferred all my stuff to Linux Ubuntu except for my pictures. It's terrific. I haven't wasted any time tracking down Windows-like issues. Yoohooo!!
