Merging splitted SD900 files

Hi,
I have a Panasonic SD900. I took a rather long, 30+ minutes, clip this weekend (1080/50p).
When I imported it from the memory card I saw that the camera had splitted the clip into two files.
I imported both files into my timeline and produced an svrt output. The problem is that the audio is not correct in the place where the two files were merged.
Any idea how to merge files produced with the sd900 that was split automatically by the camera without audio issues?

I use Powerdirector 10.
