PowerDVD 11 v2211

Am I missing something, or does this patch only work for the Ultimate edition and not the Deluxe one? I don't need most of the extras in the Ultimate edition and thus do not need to purchase it, but the Deluxe edition still refuses to play the Star Wars box set. What do I need to do?

Hi,

welcome to our forum.

1. there is no Ultimate - but a ULTRA version of PowerDVD
2.. v2211 is only available for ULTRA because it fixes a BD playback issue
3. Deluxe version of PowerDVD can not playback Blu-ray

please check the version comparison of PowerDVD - it shows that only PowerDVD 11 ULTRA can playback BD

Oh, my major mistake then. I thought I owned the Deluxe version of 10 and thus upgraded to the same here, though clearly I was mistaken. Is there anyway I can put my upgrade of the Deluxe towards Ultra instead?
