Hi, after i enter code it asks for this pack and i can't find it on hard drive, is there somewhere i can download it from?

Sorry we don't have an pack called "OEM pack" that is for PowerDirector 5. Please advise where this term is shown, under which condition, and maybe the correct name for the pack. We will check the ordering process/installation process if there are any mis-understanding in messages.
