Hi,

I am running the latest version (Build 1928 ). Every time I make an alteration to a photo and try saving it, I get the following error message:

'File save unsuccessful. Ensure it is not in use in another program, and then try again.'

All I have been trying to do is crop a photo and save as a new file or even just save and overwrite the old file.

The file is definitely not in use in another program.

Any help and asssistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Rhodri,
Try check if your photos are read-only. This message pops up if you try to overwrite a read-only picture.
