How can I edit mutiple menu buttons at one time - let's say I want to have same size, color etc ?

I don't think you can.

When you are in Menu Designer, you can only add buttons one at a time and you have to size each one.
One thing you may do, is turn on the grid lines and use them for reference on placement and size.
