I'm not entirely sure what you mean. But you can just copy and paste the text from the text file into PD's text editor.

Use Copy from windows, or (Control + C)
After the keys (Control + V) to paste in the text box inside (Title Designer) AMD-FX 8350 / 8GB DDR3

I have used copy/paste, or for more control over the final appearance I have put the text into an image and imported that into PD. __________________________________

With the above mentioned picture option, you can get more possibilities, like adding effects or other PD tools.

you can also create text in PD, extract the image (Snapshot) adds the picture in the PIP, apply Chroma Key, the text has background transparently, and may apply other effects.
