Ive used WMM for ages, but the divx problem annoyed the hell outta me.
So im trying this, I had a video which when made using WMM comes out as 856x480.

When imported and produced using this it come out at 720x400.
and has black edge on all sides, i really just want a full screen no black edges.

Ive tried most aspect setings but its the same.

Any ideas?
Thanks

I've got the same problem, but somehow reversed. My files have very different ratio. One is 640x368, another 576x304. But all get converted to 720x576.

Why must PowerProducer resize my clips? Why can't it stick to the original?

Help somebody!

I don't have the clip you use, so I have no idea why the program recognize the wrong resolution.
But if you just want to produce a full screen clip, maybe this can help you. (PDR5 only)
1. Right click the clip in timeline then select Set Aspect Ratio
2. Select Neither 4:3 nor 16:9
3. You can set to Stretch the clip to 4:3 or 16:9 (Depend on your project)

Hope this can help you
