Powerdirector Produce Issues .MOV files opnly have audio in Quciktime NOT Mopvie Maker

I am producing .mov files in PD.. they look and soudn great in quciktime.. but when I try to play in windows Medias Player.. I only get pciture.. no sound.

My son and I have spent hours making movies for a contest.. now they cant post them because there is no sound! They say its me.. even though it plays fine on Youtube! HELP!!

.MOV videos use AAC audio and most likely Windows Media Player will not play it for that reason. If it has to be played in Media PLayer, use a different profile to produce them. Otherwise, they can use VLC Player. __________________________________

Have you tried to upload on Youtube if accept the format will work, it convert the video to another format.
