Rendering Problem

I rendered WMV FULL HD 1080p then it start rendering, it's a 2:36 minutes AMV.

Then it reached 7% and after 7% it's just hanging over there, I even reached 12 hours on my laptop but it still not moving.

When I click cancel it won't allow to render WMV again.
