Unable to load preset.

One bug..presets don't load. Was told to apply to imports and they will work. Tried that but still not loading. What to do?

I tried Presets and it worked. Can you pls help refer to http://forum.cyberlink.com/forum/posts/list/17741.page for the needed info? Will need these info before we can identify your issue.
