Is their a way to add motion to the fire particle from the effects room, with out having to adjust every keyframe, and keeping it from "jumping"?

Create a transparent PNG file in a photo or graphics program. Put the PNG on an overlay track. Put the Fire effect on the PNG. Double-click on the PNG on the timeline to open up the PIP (picture-in-picture) editor. Use the PIP editor to give the PNG motion as well as add a shadow to add black smoke back in.
